Since founding Otera in 2023, she has championed elimination over addition—each element in her creations must elevate intent and texture. These principles shine in the signature flan cake series and the “UNSUNG” dessert-inspired dinners, which earned her La Liste Pastry Talent of the Year 2024.
Her journey spans iconic kitchens—Landmark Mandarin Oriental, The Ocean by Olivier Bellin, NOBU, and Ando—collecting two Tatler Dining Best Pastry Chef Awards in 2020 and 2022. Each dessert is a deliberate act challenging existing perception of desserts and pastry.
